Meet Your Trainer

Hi, I’m Ryan LaTant, and I’ve spent most of my life here in Florida, where my love for dogs and the outdoors continues to grow. Before becoming a professional dog trainer, I served eight years as a U.S. Army medic, an experience that taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of helping others—qualities I bring to every training session. When I returned home, I wanted to keep doing purposeful work, and I found that in helping families strengthen their bond with their dogs through positive, structured, and personalized training. I also stay involved in my community by supporting my local animal shelter, and as an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, I provide training that is effective, respectful, and rooted in the community I call home.
